Paul S. Hayward

Paul is the broker of the I. Stewart Hayward Agency. He grew up in Delaware County, and attended the Episcopal Academy, and studied Classics at Harvard University. After Harvard, Paul did graduate work in Classical Studies at the University of Pennsylvania before turning his attention to Architecture and Architectural Engineering at Drexel University. While at Drexel, he was president of the Habitat For Humanity chapter and has just completed service on the Board for Habitat of Philadelphia. As the son of I. Stewart Hayward, founder of the Agency, Paul did not have a choice but to grow up in the real estate business. He has been licensed for over 24 years, and has even more experience from spending time at work with his father, while growing up. Paul takes pride in carrying on the family legacy, and is determined to ensure that the Agency serves all of its clients' real estate needs, and only acts in their best interests.

Alvina grew up in the small town of Coraopolis, outside of Pittsburgh in western Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Pennsylvania as a recipient of the Bread Upon the Waters Scholarship, and graduated with a degree in Sociology. Alvina currently lives in Montgomery County, with her daughter Carol, who is also a licensed member of the I. Stewart Hayward Agency. Alvina has been licensed for over 29 years, and together with Carol form an energetic and knowledgeable, mother-daughter team in the Philly suburbs.
